Practical yoga SIlence and self-knowledge retreat
' The Inner Teacher '
July 6-12, 2026.
"DIvinity, grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to know the difference."
Today's situation and events, more than ever, evoke fear, uncertainty, instability, sadness and even anger within us... It takes great determination and courage to journey towards Light and Love. Stop for a moment. Calm your racing thoughts and rising feelings. Listen to the SILENCE. There you will find all the answers...
Self-knowledge and silence camp "Inner Teacher":
This is a program of meditation practices and yoga physical exercises based on the Himalayan yoga tradition. It combines the wisdom of ancient scriptures, philosophy, practices, live oral teaching, and personal experience.
On the first day of the camp we will learn about the practice of Silence, practice it and talk about it. From the second day of the camp we will go into a 6-day silent space (silent days)... to understand it more deeply, and maybe even experience it..

The purpose of the camp:
-
To look deeper into oneself, to engage in an inner dialogue, and to experience the transformative power of silence in thought, speech, and action.
-
Relax and improve your physical and mental health.
