Introductory Yoga Course Yoga-1 (beginners)
In the Introductory yoga course for beginners, we familiarize with:
- Swami Vishnu-devananda five yoga principles (theoretical part);
- 12 basic asanas (physical exercises), correct breathing exercises, proper relaxation (practical part).
Introductory Yoga Course Yoga-1 consists of:
Total - 8 sessions (each - 1.5 hours). (Introductory yoga course)
or
Total – 6 sessions. Four intensive sessions (each 2 to 2.5 hours). (Introductory yoga course Yoga-1) and the last two sessions held in conjunction with advanced (each 1.5 hours).
The first Yoga-1 session is free, if you decide to discontinue Yoga-1 course.

Graduates of an introductory yoga course are ready to continue the practice in joint groups "Open class".
Open class (advanced)
Open classes - a classic asanas group training for advanced ones (graduates of the introductory course of Yoga-1), comprising 12 basic yoga postures, breathing exercises and relaxation.
Open class duration -1.5 hours.
The registration to the open classes is not necessary. Prices of classes are listed here ...
Private classes
Classes are held for beginners as well as advanced ones.
The time schedule of individual sessions is settled in person.

Introduction to meditation
We invite you to subscribe to INTRODUCTION TO MEDITATION. When a group is formed, the exact time of introduction will be communicated.
Introduction to Meditation course consists of two theoretical lectures, which presents:
- Why meditate? Importance of Meditation in our daily lives.
- How to develop concentration?
- 4 main yoga roads.
- Types of Meditation.
- Mantras – tools for Meditation.

Yoga for children (currently there are no classes)
Yoga for children - physical exercises (asanas) and relaxation that takes form of games and stories.
We invite children 5 -12 years old to move to the world of things, nature and animals through yoga physical exercises (asanas) and become a "tree", a "fish", a "crow" or a "lion" ...
Yoga exercise will help children not only become physically stronger, but also to learn to relax and concentrate better.
Yoga for Seniors
Yoga for Seniors - a yoga program (physical and breathing exercises, relaxation) prepared specially for the elderly (40-60 years old) people.
Everyone can practice yoga, regardless of age and physical condition.
Exercising yoga under a special program, you will improve your mood, will sleep better, reduce tensions, will have more energy to enjoy leisure time and more positive look on life.
P.s. The practice of yoga should not be viewed as a substitute for the medical treatment.
